The Advisory Board

At the top of the firm’s management, is the advisory board. They provide both corporate and technical leadership to the firm. They also ensure that clients receive quality services. The advisory board has four members-CPA MangiNyantikika who is the managing partner,Felix Mutua Partner and advisory board member, CPA Dominic Morara Simba advisory board chair, Polycarp Otieno advisory board member and CPA Shem Onderi Kerama.

CPA MangiNyantika (ICPAK No. 5899) is a long-standing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).

Mangi has over 10 years’ experience in consultancy, audit and accounting gained at Ongiti and Associates, where he worked up to the rank of audit manager. He has wide experience in external and internalaudit matters. He has played a key role in major assignments in Kenya. He has also been a manager in charge of several audit and consultancy assignments, leading various teams in the financial, airline, hospitality and donor agency sectors.

During the time, he was with Ongiti and Associates, Mangi coordinated the audit and accounting work for prominent clients in the Financial Services, Manufacturing Hospitality, NGOs, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Shipping and Transport sectors. Mangi has previously worked as a finance and administration manager with several organization.

Mangi also has extensive training experience and has conducted training programs on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), in book-keeping and in accounting both in the private and public sectors.

Voi has over 30 years’ experience inhuman resource consultancy and practice gained from various organization that he has worked with, where he worked up to the rank of Chief Human Resource Officer.

He has wide experience in human resource matters. He has played a key role in major assignments in Kenya and outside Kenya as well. He has also been a human resource manager in several organization and consultancy assignments, leading various teams in government and private organizations.
